What do I do with my damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item in your order, please  contact us as soon as possible and provide us with the following information:

-Order id

-The faulty item(s)' model name and number

-If possible a picture of the defect.

We will get right back to you as soon as possible with a coupon code for a replacement, no extra costs and free shipping of course!

Please note that you do not have to return the faulty items to us.
